Pour cette édition 2020 de la Spring O'Cup, Hermathenae Orientation vous propose un week-end complet d'orientation les 21 et 22 mars dans les massifs forestiers de Spa Nord et Spa Sources, ainsi qu'une course urbaine dans le domaine de la Fraineuse.

For this edition of the Spring O'Cup 2020, Hermathenae Orientation propose the 21 and 22 of March a complete orienteering week-end in the forest of Spa North and Spa Sources, and a sprint race in the Domaine de la Fraineuse.

C'est dans le massif forestier de Spa Sources que le championnat de moyenne distance de la FRSO sera organisé.

For this Spring O'Cup edition, Hermathenae will be proud to propose a new map in the North of Spa. Only a part of this map has already been used for orienteering, in the eighties.

Inscriptions / Registration

Les coureurs belges sont invités à s'inscrire via O'Punch (nationale : obligatoire avant le 14 mars), les étrangers via Orienteering Online. Possibilité de s'inscrire pour une, deux ou trois courses.

Belgian runners are invited to register via O'Punch (national race: mandatory before the 14th of March), while the strangers may register with Orienteering Online. It's possible to register separately for each race.

Tarif Sprint : 3€ -18 ans/years & 4€ 18+ ans/years

Tarif MD : 4€ -18 ans/years & 6€ 18+ ans/years

Tarif LD : 4€ -18 ans/years & 6€ 18+ ans/years

Hébergement / Accomodation

Une formule hébergement au centre ADEPS de la Fraineuse est proposée aux participants de la Spring O'Cup. Celle-ci comprend le repas de samedi soir, le logement et le petit déjeuner du dimanche matin.

Le prix en chambre double est de 51€ par personne, en chambre de 4, de 6 ou en chalet de 4 de 44€ par personne.

Possibilité de réserver en plus un pain saucisse pour dimanche midi.

An accomodation formula is proposed in the ADEPS center of la Fraineuse to the Spring O'Cup participants. It includes the meal of saturday evening, the housing, and the breakfast of sunday morning.

The price in double room is 51€ per person, in room of 4, of 6 or in a 4 person chalet is 44€ per person.

Possibility to book a warm sausage bread for the lunch of sunday after the race.
